Sustainable Energy Use: Clever Use of Heat
We go one step further by making intelligent use of the thermal energy generated, which is normally considered a waste product. For example, we support Scandinavian wood producers in drying wood. In this way, we are not only giving something back, but also helping to make the world a little more sustainable.
Our Partnership with One Tree Planted
Sustainability is a top priority at EcoMine, but we go one step further. We have an active partnership with the non-profit organization One Tree Planted, which plants trees worldwide and thus actively contributes to climate protection. With over 100 million trees already planted, their mission is impressive.
We are proud to be part of this important initiative. That’s why we plant 10 trees for every mining device we bring into operation. In this way, we achieve a positive CO2 balance over the long term and run our mining farms with a clear conscience.
